About hiitweekly

I’m Demi a mom of two beautiful boys and with my husband Luke, who has been a personal trainer since 2007, we created HIITWEEKLY to share with you what I did to get my body back.

HIITEEEKLY is now dedicated to helping women become fitter, stronger and leaner through a combination of healthy eating and short high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts that can be done at home with little to no equipment.

We have many free workouts here on our site but if you need a more structure plan then check out our home workout plans.
