The sweetness of the apple is needed for the bitterness of the strained Greek yogurt. We opt for this type of yogurt as it tends to be higher in protein and lower in additives.

This Quick and easy high protein breakfast has 19g of protein, 27g of carbohydrates and 17g from sugars and 19g of fat with only 5g from saturates. its a pretty healthy breakfast and very high in protein with just 365 kcals per serving.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Strained Greek Yoghurt Fage 0%
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 0.5 Apple
  • 1 tbsp Mixed Seeds

Instructions

  1. Half an apple and slice into smaller portions. 

  2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and enjoy.

If you’re new to the clean eating and strained greek yogurt you can add honey to the mix to take away some of the bitterness. over time aim to remove the honey as you get used to the taste.
